1. Introduction & Acceptance

If duplicate accounts are detected, 9p999 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending bets, and forfeit all bonus balances. 3. Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 9p999 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. 9p999 will treat all actions carried out using your account credentials as actions authorised by you.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 9p999 immediately via live chat. We will investigate the matter and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily suspending your account for security purposes.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

9p999 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Raast instant transfer, and USDT. All deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit.

Deposits to your 9p999 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Depositing funds from third-party accounts is prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds pending investigation.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to verified payment methods only. To be eligible for withdrawal, you must have completed KYC identity verification. Withdrawals are processed as follows:

Accounts found engaging in bonus abuse will have bonus funds forfeited and may be permanently suspended.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on 9p999 are subject to these Terms and to the specific rules applicable to each sport, market, or game type. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand the rules of the bet you are placing and accept the outcome as final once the event has been settled.

6.2 Bet Acceptance

9p999 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including bets that exceed the maximum stake limits for a given market, bets placed on events where the outcome may already be known, or bets that 9p999 has reason to believe are placed in bad faith. Bets are only confirmed once a confirmation message is displayed on screen; any bet for which no confirmation is received should be considered unplaced.

6.3 Errors & Obvious Mistakes

In the event that a bet is accepted due to a manifest error — including but not limited to incorrect odds caused by a technical fault, data feed error, or human error — 9p999 reserves the right to void the bet and return stakes to the player's account. 9p999 will make every reasonable effort to identify and correct errors promptly and transparently.

6.4 Cricket Betting

Cricket betting on 9p999 covers PSL matches, international T20 series, One Day Internationals, and Test matches. Specific cricket betting rules — including rules for matches that are abandoned, interrupted, or decided by the Duckworth-Lewis method — are available within the sportsbook. PSL betting rules follow the official PSL match rules as the primary reference for settlement purposes.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 9p999 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the platform without human oversight
